Hey this things don't do them in Dubai

It's okay to use appropriate swimwear at the beach, pool or water parks, but women must never go topless. Men must wear a shirt or T when not at the beach or in the pool area.

#12 Don’t Use Your Left Hand

In Muslim cultures, the left hand is used for body hygiene. So don't open doors, greet someone, hand something, especially food, with your left hand. The only thing you can do is drink. So if you're left-handed, you're in for a challenge. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#11 Don’t Eat in Public During Ramadan

During the holy month of Ramadan (the ninth month of the Islamic calendar), Muslims fast from dusk to dawn. So don't eat, drink or smoke in public. Don't even chew gum. You can eat at your hotel or your home. Exceptions: small children and nursing mothers, but they should be discreet. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#10 Keep Style Sensible (Wear cover cloths)

Since Dubai is a cosmopolitan city, there have been signs of skimpy clothing lately. So now there's a modesty campaign. You’ll see signs about it posted in the Dubai malls. Of course, this is a difficult rule to police, but it's better to be conservative and be fine, than to show some skin and be fined. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#9 Keep Your LGBT Lifestyle Confidential (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender)

UAE is definitely not the place to boast about it. Anything other than a traditional heterosexual marriage is considered a crime in Dubai. Be who you are, but be discreet. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#8 Watch Your Tongue!

If you'd rather not be incarcerated, keep the insults and vulgar language to yourself. And never, ever speak against Islam, or their rulers. If you don't like them, keep it to yourself. Or go somewhere else... Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#7 Watch Your Belongings

Even though Dubai has a relatively low crime rate, it's better to be safe than sorry. Look after your personal belongings just as you would in any other big city. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#5 Watch Your Photography

Nowadays we take pictures of anyone. We want a souvenir of those typical clothes. But not in Dubai. It's considered intrusive and rude to take photos of people, especially women, without expressed permission. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#4 Don't Sing And Dance on the Street

If you're not on an official dance floor, don't. Especially if you're out on the streets. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#3 PDA: No! (public display of affection)

It's considered indecent. And I'm not only talking about what you see in the photograph. I mean not even a peck on the cheek. Holding hands is a gray area... So if you want to avoid being arrested... refrain. Re: Hey! 12 Things You Must Not Do In Dubai

#2 Don't Do Drugs

Dubai has a zero tolerance policy towards possession, use and selling of illicit substances. That applies not only to marijuana, ecstasy, heroine and cocaine, but to some over-the-counter medication that might be considered contraband.
Some travelers have flown in from Amsterdam with traces of marijuana in their system and they were jailed. Others have been incarcerated for carrying something as innocuous as codeine-based painkillers. So you'd better do your homework and find out what you can take.
